We didn't do this small scale, we jumped in with 62 employees on day one, the purchase of a substantial fleet of equipment and trucks and a lot of faith and commitment!
Needless to say, we wore many hats during the start-up time and had a tribe of great employees and outsourced partners that supported our growth in becoming a multi million dollar business!
